Program expectations

Participants must commit to being in person, on Campus in Kuala Lumpur, for the first four weeks from May 5 to May 30. The remaining 4 weeks are optionally remote. In order to get the full experience, we highly recommend remaining in Kuala Lumpur for the full 8 weeks.

However, we understand that people often have commitments back at home! As such, participants are free to return to their home cities/countries from May 31 to June 27.
Participants, regardless if they are remote or in Kuala Lumpur, are expected to consistently participate in program activities such as attending lectures, presenting at demo days, and mentorship check-ins.

If there are special circumstances that prevent you from fully participating in the program for all 8 weeks, please let us know ahead of time!
Relocation stipends to Kuala Lumpur are eligible on a case-by-case basis. Please read the restrictions under Relocation Stipend.

Flights are reimbursed in good faith prior to program start. Please get them approved by April 4th and booked by April 7th.
Flights must be a round trip ticket in and out of Kuala Lumpur.
Accommodation expenses will be reimbursed at the end of Open Campus contingent on completion of the program.
